El tratamiento del aire, una inversión fundamental
El aire comprimido contiene aceite, partículas sólidas y vapores de agua. Juntos forman un lodo aceitoso, abrasivo y, a menudo, ácido. Sin
un tratamiento del aire, esta mezcla turbia entrará en el sistema de aire comprimido, corroerá las tuberías, dañará las herramientas neumáticas y podría afectar a los productos finales.
El aire comprimido sin tratar puede derivar en problemas y costos importantes:
• Sus herramientas neumáticas tienen menos potencia, más fallos y, al final, una vida útil más corta.
• Los materiales y productos que entran en contacto con aire sin tratar corren el riesgo de contaminación o daños.
• Las tuberías de aire comprimido se corroerán, dando lugar a fugas.
